Terms & Conditions

All bookings are accepted based on a mutual agreement between the client (“you”) and Rumuda Sdn Bhd – Zaiton (Service Provider).

All payments must be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set by Zaiton as outlined below.

Booking & Payment Terms

30% Deposit:
An upfront deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to secure the booking date and venue (Zaiton).

30% Mid-Term Payment:
An additional 30% of the total package price must be paid within five (5) months of booking or at the midpoint before the event, whichever occurs earlier.

40% Final Payment:
The remaining 40% balance must be paid one (1) month prior to the event date.

All deposits and payments must be made via bank transfer to:

If no deposit is received at the time of confirming the booking date, the booking will be deemed invalid and not accepted.

Any verbal agreements shall be considered null and void.

Cancellation of Booking Date

  • Within One (1) Week After Booking:
    70% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • Midway Before the Event:
    70% of the accumulated deposit paid will be refunded.

  • One (1) Month Before the Event:
    No refund of any accumulated deposit.

(Any exceptions to the above are subject to the sole discretion of Zaiton Management.)

Amendments / Date Changes / Postponements

All requests for amendments, date changes, or postponements are subject to venue and date availability.

If no suitable alternative date is available, the Cancellation Terms stated above shall apply.
